Jasmino Group was founded by Mr. Shekhar Seshadri in 1978 with a modest unit in Andheri East, Mumbai. He later branched off to form several substantial units for manufacture of critical moulded & extruded rubber components. Our present Chairman Mr. Ramani Seshadri joined the group in 1982 and subsequently branched off to form his own rubber unit of around 300 sq.mtrs in Saki Naka, Mumbai.

Initially Mr. Ramani Seshadri, a Technocrat in the field of Plastics and Rubber, started off with providing services for Rubber based lining systems for Corrosion Protection. From there the Company further expanded into a host of other types of Anti-Corrosive linings and coatings, while maintaining its core competence in rubber lining systems

In the year 2000 Jasmino Polymertech was founded with a small facility in Taloja with a total area of 2,800 sq.m., with the intention of providing an integrated factory with the dual activities to both manufacture industrial process equipment as well as provide the anti-corrosive inside these equipment. 

The company quickly gained a reputation all amongst leading engineering companies across India as an ideal shop floor partner due to its unique capabilities of providing a one stop solution for both equipment manufacturing and lining capabilities under one roof.

From 2008 onwards, despite the peak of recession and economic uncertainties in India, the company steadily grew by expanding its facilities to 8,400 sq.m. The company also invested in more sophisticated machinery and operational systems, including certifications such as ISO 9001 and OSHA 14001.

In 2016, the 2nd generation entered the family business. Adheesh Ramani, a chemical engineer who studied and worked in Australia, brought in a dynamic vision and passion to execute a strategy focused on strong international growth. Building on the solid foundation laid by the previous generation, Adheesh infused the company with visionary and strong leadership. His strategic direction has not only preserved the company’s legacy but also propelled it toward achieving excellence on a global scale, setting the stage for the rapid growth the company is realizing today.

Over the last 4 years, the company has seen an avg CAGR of more than 50%, and has consolidated its leading position in the market for its core competencies aided by its unique ability to be a one stop solution for design & engineering, manufacturing and lining capabilities. This has resulted in explosive growth in India and International markets.
